The Black Serpent Star or Ophiocomina nigra is often found in lighter colours than the name suggests. The central disc maybe 2/3cms across with the arms up to five times longer. Sometimes also called the Black Brittle Star as it will break into little pieces if you disturb it. Usually found below 15m.
