Marbled Swimming Crab - Liocarcinus marmoreus
Very similar in appearance and behaviour to the more common Swimming or Harbour Crab (see previous photo). It is encountered less frequently but is probably under-recorded as the two species are quite hard to separate. Photo shows a clasping pair which is a part of the mating and post-mating behaviour.
